Freelance Public Relations
If you've read my freelance marketing page, you will note that I
provide any number of services to small businesses; graphic
design, e-mail design, Powerpoint design and CD-ROM design.
There are a few select companies that take advantage of all my
talents. For these companies, I become politically involved in
their industry associations taking on Chair positions. I write and
present papers for them and take every opportunity I can to push
their name ahead of their competition.
Since most of my clients are small companies operating on
extremely tight budgets, media relations is absolutely critical.
Working closely with target industry publication editors, I
develop for my clients editorials and news releases that get
placed. I have even had editors tell me that my pitches are some
of the best pitches that they have ever heard. Editors are
interested in articles and news releases that are relevant to
their readers. Matching the stories to the publications with an
added little human interest guarantees successful placement.

My
Background
I have spent my career in marketing positions from which I became
a graphic and website designer. My strong marketing roots provide
my clients a distinct advantage. When companies hire me as their
web designer, I deliver a comprehensive strategy that pulls in all
elements from e-mail campaigns to interactive CD-ROMs.

I have held the position of web site designer for over eight
years. My background includes a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, 75%
